Independent Living Program
Our goal is to promote independence, self-purpose, and to assist individuals to take control of their lives, inprove their daily living skills and minimize their reliance on others. AILP provides housing for those offenders who require guidance while obtaining their independence. Each consumer will be assigned a Life Skills Coach who will provide modeling, shadowing and individualized support in obtaining independent living skills. Residing in the independent living quarters will allow the consumer stability and time to develop skills necessary to exercise the greatest degree of choice in housing and living arrangements and to obtain financial independence.
